Board of Directors
David R. Devereaux
Dave Devereaux is curently heading up business development at TLContact, maker of CarePages. He is the former Executive Vice President of Beverly Enterprises and Chief
Operating Officer of Beverly Healthcare. He was responsible for the daily operations
of Beverly’s skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and working
with other key leaders in developing markets, products, and people.
Mr. Devereaux joined Beverly in 1998, as Senior Vice President of Operations
for the Specialty Services Division of Beverly Healthcare. In that role, his
responsibilities included oversight of daily operations for nursing homes and
assisted living facilities located in and around metropolitan areas.
Prior to joining Beverly, Mr. Devereaux served as District Vice President of
Operations for Manor Care Health Services (1996-1998), and Regional Vice President
of Operations for Vencor, Inc. (1996). He joined the Hillhaven Corporation as
a Nursing Home Administrator in 1988 and rose to the rank of Regional Vice President
of Operations before Hillhaven’s merger with Vencor in 1995.
Mr. Devereaux began his career in skilled nursing in 1978 as a housekeeper. He
earned a Bachelor of Science degree in hotel administration from Cornell University,
and an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in healthcare administration from Temple
University in Philadelphia.
