Mr. Osborn is a founder of the Company. He has twelve years experience in early-stage companies within the technology sector. As CFO and Vice President of Operations at Milestone Systems, Inc., a venture funded start-up, he helped to design and develop a multi-carrier desktop shipping system targeted at the small office, home office market. During his tenure, Mr. Osborn managed all operations of the company and he helped to negotiate and secure strategic partnerships with multinational corporations such as Pitney Bowes, Inc, Airborne Express and DHL International.  Osborn also has over a decade of legal experience, serving as in-house corporate counsel to early stage companies, as an environmental litigator in the private sector and as an intern and law clerk to the State of Maine Supreme Judicial Court and Maine Superior Court.
