Mr. Kelly is the senior engineer overseeing the development, communications and reporting components of the project. He has over ten years of engineering experience. Before Building Engines, Mr. Kelly served as a Principal Software Engineer for Webhire, Inc., where he tuned and debugged their proprietary spidering technology and developed replacement software for their Recruiter System. Prior to Webhire, Mr. Kelly contracted as a Senior Oracle developer for Lifeline Systems, Inc. to work on post implementation issues of legacy system replacement project. As a Senior Architect and member of IBM Global Services project in Portsmouth, N.H, Mr. Kelly also lead a team of ten developers in Analysis and Design of client architecture for a Distributed Object system. He is a graduate of Bentley College with a major in Computer Information Systems.
