The easy to use Inspection Editor moves the process of creating, deploying and reporting on all inspections online and is the first of its kind to directly integrate with work order management. The module streamlines the process of conducting inspections and managing the issues associated with them, by allowing users to initiate work orders while carrying out inspections and align work orders with regularly scheduled inspections. In contrast to other systems that use preventive maintenance to stand in for inspection requirements or offer stand-alone solutions that are disconnected from work order software management and preventive maintenance systems, Building Engines seamlessly integrates the features that enable managers to ensure that follow-up work is completed.
Upcoming Q1 developments include scoring to evaluate a set of buildings across inspections criteria, expanded summary reporting, pre-packaged inspection kits that provide maintenance teams with best practice inspection lists by property type, and a deeper integration with the rest of the Building Engines Property and Tenant Management Platform.
