The Release of the Real Mobility Interface!

Building Engines, Inc. has designed and developed a new, enhanced connected mobile Blackberry application – Real Mobility™ – to support comprehensive use of its Real Estate Operations Management Platform. Release of the new application will be in June 2010.

The new mobile interface is a leap forward for mobile applications in the real estate technology space regarding usability and effectiveness.  It was designed by the collaborative efforts of experienced mobile application designers and developers Theresa Neil and Mobility CIO (details below). The new mobility application design includes extensive input from active real estate professionals.  The design phase involved multiple “ride alongs” with operating real estate management team members at both the engineering and the management level in order to reveal their unique usage patterns and usability requirements. It included an extensive analysis of mobile workflows to achieve the most efficient and effective experience for the real estate management user.  The result is a highly usable and intuitive application designed specifically for the real estate management space. The Blackberry Interface is available for all Blackberry users with Blackberry operating systems of 4.6 and above. MobilityCIOMatt Brogie, a principal of MobilityCIO, leads a team of highly skilled and experienced mobile designers.  They have enabled mobile solutions on a global basis for software companies seeking to mobilize their offerings, as well as corporations looking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their field workers. Their experience spans everything from consumer grade iPhone applications to commercial solutions on Blackberry and ruggedized Windows Mobile devices.   The principals of Mobility CIO have worked with both Fortune 500 companies and small cutting edge mobile application firms.   Each has long experience analyzing and delivering effective mobile solutions.   Theresa NeilTheresa and her team are experienced user interface designers delivering effective commercial mobile and web application UIs since 2001. Theresa brings both design and development experience to the challenge. She was the Usability Lead forSabre Airlines Solutions having designed their online reservation application and she designed and coded the first seat map for an airline kiosk. In the past nine years, she and her team have led the design for more than 40 mobile, web, and desktop applications. Recent clients include a diverse mix of Fortune 500 companies such as Forbes, non-profit organizations such as PBS, and advanced web application firms such as Building Engines.
