Pricing

We strive to simplify real estate and property operations for our customers.  Our application is easy to use, our deployment process is organized and well managed and our pricing is very straightforward.  Please review the components of our pricing structure below.

Building Engines is delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS). There is no software to install and maintain on your machines. Your company “subscribes” for licensed access to our online service and our application is available to your authorized users. Our web-based "software" is supported, enhanced, and upgraded automatically and regularly as part of your license.

Pricing Components

1. An annual subscription license fee
2. A one-time standard system set up and configuration fee

(Note that there may be additional one-time fees for custom integrations and development work requested.)

How Pricing is Determined

• Your individual property or portfolio type (i.e. Commercial office, industrial, retail, multi-family, assisted living, etc.)
• The total square footage or number of units
• The desired functionality and configurations required to help you achieve your specific business outcome objectives.
