(Toronto, ON) Building Engines’ Integration Services Delivers Real Time Mobile Employee Time and Task Information for Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and More! Building Engines, the established leader in Web-Based Operations Management (WBOM) systems,  has announced that Northwest Healthcare Properties, Canada’s largest private owner and manager of medical office buildings, has selected Building Engines for the initial deployment of its preventive maintenance and work order software system in their Ontario region properties.

This deployment is significant in that Building Engines’ will also partner and integrate with the provider of a state-of-the-art, real time employee time and task management device and system that integrates seamlessly into the work order and preventive maintenance modules of the application via remote barcode asset scanning.

This new integration works through existing cell phone technology and requires zero infrastructure development in order to deploy. Working with bar-code inspection points, users will verify a required  task was completed for a specific location or a particular asset. This new integration will significantly enhance Northwest Healthcare Properties’ visibility into their operations and assure vendor contract compliance as well as help them improve upon their already superior tenant relations program.

“Building Engines was designed to operate as the central platform for all Building and Facilities operations activities,” said David Osborn, Chief Executive Officer at Building Engines. “We have differentiated ourselves in the space by being the thought leader capable of brining together different technologies and integrating them under one platform. This has made our platform easy for anyone to use while still delivering critical data and reporting that helps our clients make decisions that improve their bottom line”
