(London, England) Building Engines, the established leader in Web-Based Operations Management (WBOM) system has announced the successful deployment of the company’s Vigilance™ Risk Management Technology at the ITN Building located at 200 Grays Inn Road, one of London’s premier commercial properties and managed by King Sturge. This deployment marks the overseas expansion of Vigilance with the same owner, one of the largest and most successful private real estate investment firms in the United States, that reduced their total incurred losses stemming from property incidents per 1,000 sq/ft from $30.65 to $2.42 for a total reduction of 1,267% over a five-year period using Vigilance in their stateside portfolio.
