Building Engines utilizes a comprehensive training program designed to help all system users quickly learn how to use their section of the Building Engines application to its fullest potential. Our work order, CMMS and operations management tools are designed to be easy-to-use for every user but we also know it is a lot easier to have a little bit of help when you first get going.No "one size fits all" training program here - Building Engines training is designed to meet the needs of each of our unique constituent users. Our training program is designed to be relavent to the way that each individual user will use Building Engines and each program is conducted by one of Building Engines expert trainers. Best of all Building Engines is free of charge and is typically delivered via the web* making Building Engines training available to every user no matter where they are located. Building Engines application Power Users are the gatekeepers of their organization's building or facilities operations program. As a power user, you are the go-to person for all things from work order service request routing notification protocols to setting up new system users. As your organization's point person, it is important that you have the in-depth knowledge of the different components your organization uses and how the Building Engines application is utilized by each company user.
This comprehensive program is custom developed for each organization and individual depending on their needs and requirements. System User Level TrainingSystem User Training is designed for Building Engines users who access and use the system on a routine basis, but do not need to have a comprehensive understanding of the set up, work flows and back-end functionality. For example, typical System User Training participants are maintenance technicians who need to know how to respond to and complete work orders or preventive maintenance tasks or an administrative assistant who tracks certificate of insurance documents. System User training is typically provided when the application is deployed but is also available for on-demand training in either a 1-on-1 environment or via a web conference. System User Training is customized to meet the needs of each user individually and is designed to train participants only on the components that they will use.
Occupant, Tenant, and Vendor TrainingOccupant, tenant, and vendor training is a lighter version of the Building Engines training program. We recognize that your occupants, tenants, and vendors have busy jobs and Building Engines is designed make their lives easier. Our Occupant, Tenant, and Vendor Training is a high-level training program that touches only on the basics as they apply to this group. Intended to provide users with a forum to ask any questions and the level of detail needed to get started, our Occupant, Tenant, and Vendor Training program drives usage by helping users feel more confident about how they can access and use the application.
Power User ConferencesBuilding Engines also provides regional power user conferences where the Building Engines training team will travel to a metro-region and provide training on a select set of topics, provide a forum for a Q & A session, and allow users to interact with one another to discuss best practices. All user levels are invited to attend and there is no fee to attend. You also get a free lunch and a reception at the close of the event.
