Our Service First Rapid Implementation Process is designed to get you up and running in the shortest possible time. Building Engines is designed to integrate into your existing workflows. It can be configured to meet the needs of your unique organization, provide greater visibility into your entire portfolio, as well as address the requirements for any individual property.

The implementation process begins with an in-depth review of your current processes with the objective of mirroring your methodologies, as well as identifying and recommending ways to streamline processes and eliminate duplication of effort. For example, the ability to automatically assign work orders to the appropriate individual or team can eliminate several steps in your current process enabling faster response to service requests.

Our support team then takes care of all the implementation details, based on your unique requirements. This includes configuration, set-up, deployment, and training. And with no software or hardware to install, you don't have to wait months to get up and running and see a positive impact on your operations.

Our involvement doesn’t end here. We take it very seriously when we say that we are a Service First company. We provide ongoing training, 24x7 support, and active monitoring of your implementation to identify and recommend ongoing process improvements.
