Beginning with our Rapid-Start Deployment Program and continuing with a schedule of proactive and ongoing account monitoring, we remain committed to your success.

  Discovery- 1 Day

We begin the implementation process by reviewing your operational goals and objectives, including:

  • Introducing business stakeholders to their Building Engines account manager
  • Reviewing and confirming sales process information
  • Creating and reviewing the Rapid Start Project Plan

  Configuration- 1 Day to 1 Week

During the configuration phase, we gather your data and configure the system to best deliver your desired objectives, including:

  • Data collection and population
  • Site creation
  • Workflow and notification setup

  Implementation & Deployment- 1 to 3 Weeks (varies by portfolio size)

Our Rapid Start implementation plan gets your team using the system in the shortest possible time.  We train staff and tenants in a logical sequence, focusing on the most important and manageable functions first. The implementation and deployment phase includes:

  • Train users by functional group
  • Record trainings for future use and access by new personnel
  • Deliver all documentation
