This role will report to our Director of Sales.  You will uncover and qualify new opportunities as well as nurture inbound interest at a strategic and tactical level. You will be selling software that has redefined the way managers, landlords, investors, and brokers manage, market, and lease their building portfolios.  In this role you will manage your time and pipeline effectively to hit and exceed quarterly objectives. You are creative, fearless, persistent and a positive “high energy” individual.

What you'll do:

  • Develop a plan to efficiently target and prospect into our client base in conjunction with sales leadership
  • Manage all aspects of a full sales cycle: Outbound prospecting, needs analysis, requirements definition, DMU identification and engagement, delivering presentations, collaboration with sales management to strategize on account planning and proposal preparation, and negotiation in final stages to close new business
  • Establish and manage internal relationships with the Client Success, Sales and Business Development teams
  • Process all inbound orders from existing clients, minimizing the book to bill timeframe and maximizing revenue
  • Must have an eagerness to acquire and maintain knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry, competitive landscape and customer buying trends; the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new information is required 
  • Identify and engage with stakeholders at existing clients

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in direct sales (preferably in an inside sales capacity), quota carrying role
  • 2+ years of experiences in selling SaaS, preferably in the CRE space
  • A proven ability to effectively identify and sell to C-level executives and Asset Managers, leveraging value, insight, and selling best practices
  • Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a roll-up-the-sleeves and get the job done attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven hunter with success across former KPI’s
  • Strong relationship/connection builder
  • Strong forecasting skills
  • Fluent in technology
  • Critical thinker/problem solver
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills
  • The ability to provide value of our SaaS solution to existing base of clients
  • The ability to farm net new customers
  • Provide win/loss ratios and quote attainment over the last 2+ years
  • Strong ideology & track record of value selling
  • Must be confident and comfortable selling via phone and in person
  • Ability to adapt and adjust priorities in a dynamic/fast paced environment
