This role will report to the VP of Product Management.  As the Director of Product Management, you will have the opportunity to join a team of product management and UX personnel developing an innovative SaaS and mobile platform for the commercial real estate industry. This is a hands-on role managing the full product life cycle across multiple products. This pivotal position will focus on a platform team that not only delivers key user features, but also delivers key components that enable rapid growth both internally and through partners – so analytical thinking and cross-functional teamwork are must-have skills. As the senior member of the product management team, the senior product manager would drive cross-team adoption and deeper implementation of leading practices including metrics collection, data-driven decision making, and articulating product value.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead multiple agile development teams to deliver new web & mobile property management product offerings
  • Manage entire product life cycle thru concept, development, release, adoption and maintenance, measuring success along the way
  • Participate in validating and incorporating products from our active partnership and acquisition pipeline
  • Bring best practices from past experiences to drive new and improves processes and methods
  • Own feature backlog and execution for a combination of existing and planned releases.
  • Combine user research, sales feedback, and product marketing initiatives into actionable product features working with engineers, designers, customers and other stakeholders
  • Provide briefings and training to customers, sales, and support.
  • Report on status of releases as well as ongoing product success metrics

  • Consistent ability to juggle multiple priorities and make tradeoff decisions when timeline, specs and/or budget don’t align
  • Candidate should have 8+ years in product management in an Agile/Scrum environment.
