Position Overview

As the Marketing Program Manager, Customer Acquisition for Building Engines, you’ll have an amazing opportunity to work on all aspects of Marketing that drive net new logo acquisition. You’ll assist the Marketing team in developing an integrated cross channel plan that integrates engaging marketing programs to attract new logos into our customer base. The Marketing Program Manager, Customer Acquisition will report to the Senior Manager, Growth and will collaborate across the Marketing team and with the Sales team.

What You’ll Do at Building Engines

  • Understand our ideal customer profile and their buyers journey
  • Design programs and campaigns to attract and engage prospects at each step of their journey to meet / exceed pipeline targets
  • Understand the value of our core products and map to each buyer accordingly
  • Marshall the appropriate resources to execute Marketing programs and campaigns tailored to each segment to accomplish pipeline goals
  • Produce and edit content for company website, landing pages, blogs, infographics, email campaigns, etc. as needed for demand gen campaigns
  • Assist in building the content calendar with the Customer Retention Marketing Programs Manager on blogs, guides, etc
  • Use SFDC to report on program and campaign outcomes
  • Work with the digital marketing manager to create PPC, remarketing, and AdWords campaigns to engage our targets
  • Assist in field event strategy, planning, and execution alongside the Customer Retention Marketing Programs Manager
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and BDR teams to ensure they are enabled with the right messaging, content, and context to successfully convert marketing sourced leads into opportunities.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to design multi-faceted campaigns


  • 4-6 years of marketing program experience, ideally from a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation (Marketo and Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong project management skills; lead for customer marketing programs 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a collaborative team player and with senior leadership
  • Experience with campaign analysis, measurement, A/B testing and reporting
  • Knowledge of current marketing technologies and trends
  • Flexible with have a roll-up-your-sleeves, “get stuff done” attitude
  • Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
  • Advance knowledge of marketing technology stack as it relates to job responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Marketing or related field, a plus)
  • Ability to work out of our Boston, MA, office 4-5 days/week
