As Building Engines continues to deliver new products and technology for the Commercial Real Estate market, we are looking for a Recruiter to help us add to our growing team!

You will own and manage direct roles, and our full life-cycle recruiting programs and practices, employer branding, talent acquisition metrics and dashboards. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a fantastic workplace culture through hiring great people.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and drive full cycle recruiting for hiring across the company
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand position requirements and recruiting needs
  • Develop innovative recruiting techniques and bring ideas for improvement in processes and attract top talent
  • Build a strong talent pipeline 
  • Source and screen candidate resumes and job applications
  • Conduct in-person and phone interviews for positions at all levels and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and aptitude.
  • Establish and maintain recruitment metrics by analyzing plans and objectives and tracking success (time to fill, turnover, employee satisfaction)
  • Keep abreast of current recruiting trends that influence the hiring process
  • Attend networking events to create new relationships and resources

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience
  • Proven work experience recruiting candidates within an agency
  • Knowledge of current networking and sourcing trends including extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter and social media
  • Built and maintains a broad network of professional relationships
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality 
  • Creative mindset and a sense of “hustle” a must
  • Ability to manage multiple competing demands
