 We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to increase our market share and penetrate new accounts across a subset of named accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for new logo acquisition, focusing on the biggest real estate owners and managers in the industry, and you and will be supported by an ABM marketing program and our Solutions Consulting team.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, execute and sustain revenue focused relationships in large commercial real estate owner and manager accounts
  • Manage all aspects of a full sales cycle: Outbound prospecting, needs analysis, requirements definition, DMU identification and engagement, delivering presentations, collaboration with sales management to strategize on account planning and proposal preparation, and negotiation in final stages to close new business
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing to define and develop a strategic plan to maximize revenue opportunities across an assigned account list. This includes identification of all key decision makers and setting a contact strategy for building relationships within the DMU and outlining revenue targets for each targeted organization.
  • Travel within your assigned territory up to 40% the time. Face time is important.
  • Must have an eagerness to acquire and maintain knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry, competitive landscape and customer buying trends

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8-10+ years of experience in an enterprise sales capacity
  • Commercial Real Estate experience is highly desirable
  • Track record of building a pipeline of between 3 and 4X assigned quota
  • A strong “hunter” mentality and work ethic
  • Interpersonal, intelligent, motivated and competitive with a roll-up-the-sleeves and get the job done attitude
  • Must possess strong presentation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex deals and interact with multiple levels within a prospective customer
  • Ability to adapt and adjust priorities in a dynamic/fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
