Jim Hammel has over 15 years of experience in customer support, professional services and corporate IT leadership roles. He has established and grown customer-facing support services, scaling capabilities of the team to serve a large install base and support the evolution of products in Cloud and mobile computing environments. Jim has spent his time in both start-up environments and larger global company environments including a recent acquisition by Autodesk a leader in design and engineering software. His career spans a variety of industries including AEC, biotech, manufacturing, advertising and most recently real estate. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Siena College.
