We are excited to announce that BEI Senior Vice President, Scott Sidman, will be speaking at the NAI Property Management Council Fall Conference on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami, FL. Sidman will be discussing mobility and “big data,” and how property managers can maximize these two technology trends to improve service delivery and operational performance.

More specifically, Sidman will discuss the impetus and the hurdles surrounding the recent CRE “technology revolution” and provide tangible examples of how best-in-class performers are taking advantage of mobile applications and mining the growing mountain of operational data for “actionable intelligence.” He will also share best practices for working with technology partners and establishing baseline performance goals.

Sidman is a regular speaker and contributor on technology and “Big Data” trends affecting the commercial real estate industry. He recently moderated a panel at the 2013 BOMA International Every Building Conference and Expo and was featured in the May 2013 issue of Buildings magazine.

“The power of new CRE technologies is not just about monitoring operations and collecting data. It’s about turning data into actionable intelligence that allows you to do things like track service delivery against benchmarks and manage operational issues proactively,” Sidman explains.

The NAI Fall Conference brings together principals, directors and managers from NAI offices around the world who are interested in increasing business opportunities and maximizing their bottom-line profitability. This highly interactive meeting provides a forum for sharing winning strategies that will drive success in the coming year.
