Bengie provides the easiest way possible for tenants to connect with buildings and management teams on mobile and desktop devices. Because Bengie works within the messaging tools people already use every day, tenant users will no longer need to wade through complicated web forms or download additional mobile apps in order to get the service and information they need in the buildings they occupy. Instead, Bengie transforms messaging tools like Text/SMS and Slack into the easiest, most intuitive, tenant engagement tools available. With Bengie, tenants already have the only apps they need for improved communications and a superior user experience.
Tasks such as initiating service requests, pre-registering visitors, and accessing building information are faster and simpler than ever with Bengie. When tenants can confidently and easily serve themselves, property management teams can focus on other high-value, customer interactions.

The general availability of Bengie follows a successful beta test in late 2018 and early 2019.

Availability
Bengie is now generally available to current Building Engines users and supports Slack, the popular business collaboration messaging app. Bengie will soon be available via Text/SMS as well. Bengie is integrated and included with every Building Engines license at no additional charge.
