Building Engines Announces Record Growth Year

SHARE

More than 40 new companies joined BEI’s client portfolio in 2013.

Building Engines, a provider of comprehensive web and mobile property management platform for the commercial real estate industry, announced it has experienced a 48% growth in buildings utilizing their Software-as-a-Service in 2013. More than 40 new clients became licensed users, including American Real Estate Partners and WRIT, and several existing customer expansions with Cassidy Turley and Colliers – among others – led to a 50% growth in square-footage.

“Since our decision [to implement the Building Engines platform] in late September 2013, we haven’t looked back,” said Charles Swain, President, Colliers Atlanta. “The deployment of 170 properties in 60 days was incredible! The training has been flawless and the responsiveness exceptional. We are excited about how Building Engines will improve our service level to clients, tenants, vendors and our team members.”

Building Engines contributes the year’s rapid growth to exceptional service and support, which is evident by their 96% client retention rate since 2001, and a dedication to regular product innovation rooted in customer feedback and industry best practices. Building Engines delivered eight major product enhancements in 2013, including the BE-Mobile App, Inspections 3.0, and Mobile Tenant Communications.

“What impresses me about Building Engines is not only how quickly and painlessly they converted our new buildings to their platform, but also their commitment to continuous improvement and innovation,” said Kim Fuller, COO of Urban Renaissance.

With the addition of more than a dozen new employees, Building Engines will continue to secure its foothold in the CRE software landscape.
