The New Building Engines Headquarters

SHARE

Double digit growth drives need for new space

Waltham, MA- Following successive years of double digit growth, Building Engines, provider of comprehensive cloud and mobile property management software for the commercial real estate industry, is excited to announce they are moving to a new location on Monday, August 12.

The new address is:

460 Totten Pond Road Suite 500 Waltham, MA 02451

Consistent periods of revenue growth driving personnel expansion necessitated the move to a new location that would offer the potential for additional future expansion. The company’s growth has been fueled by a commitment to customer service as well as innovative expansion of the product and in particular, their industry leading mobile apps supporting all devices and operating systems. The new headquarters will bolster continued product development, as well as support  enhanced communication with their growing customer base.

With an increased number of areas for meetings, demonstrations and informative conversations, the new space supports and encourages the Building Engines client engagement model and the increased office visits by their customers and partners.

“The popularity of our mobile platform (BE-Mobile), Inspections module, and other new features requires strengthened office organization that is provided by our new cohesive layout,” said David Osborn, President and CEO. “We are excited about the expanded space as well as its reinforcement of operations here at Building Engines.”
