Building Engines Opens 2018 Property Hero Awards Call for Nominations

Program Recognizes Commercial Real Estate Property Managers and Maintenance Professionals

WALTHAM, MASSACHUSETTS

Building Engines, leaders in commercial real estate (CRE) property management innovation and building operations software, today announced a call for nominations in the 2018 Property Hero Awards. This awards program, now in its third year, recognizes commercial property management professionals who stand out among their peers by demonstrating best practices.

Nominations can be made now until 11:59pm EST on Friday, December 1st, 2017.

Nominees may fall into one of two categories:

1. Maintenance Hero – recognizing outstanding maintenance that delivers positive tenant satisfaction through the day-to-day operations of buildings.

2. Management Hero – recognizing strong commercial asset management and practices that improve the tenant experience, asset value, performance and overall efficiency.

One grand-prize winner in each category will receive $1200, a feature in the Building Engines CRE best practices publication, Building Beat, and the title of 2018 Property Hero. In addition, one runner-up from each category will receive $300.

“To be a Property Hero is to deliver on the promise of an outstanding customer experience,” said Building Engines Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, Scott Sidman. “However, it’s often an under-appreciated responsibility. We’re thrilled to provide a way to honor and highlight those who work behind the scenes at commercial assets across the country, and provide organizations a much-needed opportunity to recognize these leaders for their hard work every day.”

Previous winners represent organizations including Butters Construction, Highwoods Properties, Colliers International, and NexCore Group.
