Architect Services File/Expedite

  • Act as expediter, represent the interests of the client at the FDNY in connection with the approval of the application.
  • File Fire Protection Plans and related documents and handle all follow up work, including requests for additional information, meetings, and resubmission of revised plans as needed.
  • Expeditor will update client throughout the process and inform them of final approval.
  • The FDNY processing and record management fees are additional and shall be invoiced separately.
