In House Area Calculations

A one-time activity to provide Client with accurate in-house area calculations for a specific property and includes:

• One-time area calculation using files provided by customer
  • “full building” or “partial building”
• Can include tenant information
• Multiple measurement method options: (REBNY, BOMA Office 1996, 2010, 2017 etc.) *
• Color coded floor plans and calculation report

* Client can select only one method per project. Additional methods can be contracted as new projects.
