We’re excited to announce that Building Engines, Inc. experienced 48% growth in buildings utilizing their web and mobile property management platform in 2013. More than 40 new clients became licensed users, including American Real Estate Partners and Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (WRIT,) along with many existing customer expansions including NAI, and Colliers – among others – which also contributed to a 50% growth in square-footage managed through the Building Engines software-as-a- service (SaaS) offering.
“Since our decision [to implement the Building Engines platform] in late September 2013, we haven’t looked back,” said Charles Swain, President, Colliers Atlanta. “The deployment of 170 properties in 60 days was incredible! The training has been flawless and the responsiveness exceptional. We are excited about how Building Engines will improve our service level to clients, tenants, vendors and our team members.”
We contribute the year’s rapid growth to exceptional service and support, represented by our lifetime 96% client renewal rate, and a dedication to continuous product innovation rooted in customer feedback and industry best practices. In 2013 alone, we delivered eight major product enhancements including, the new BE-Mobile App, Inspections 3.0, and Mobile Tenant Communications.
“What impresses me about Building Engines is not only how quickly and painlessly they converted our new buildings to their platform, but also their commitment to continuous improvement and innovation,” said Kim Fuller, COO of Urban Renaissance.
With the addition of more than a dozen new employees, the company is well positioned to continue delivering value to its clients and helping them grow their businesses into 2014 and beyond.
