We’re excited to announce that Building Engines, Inc. experienced 48% growth in buildings utilizing their web and mobile property management platform in 2013. More than 40 new clients became licensed users, including American Real Estate Partners and Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (WRIT,) along with many existing customer expansions including NAI, and Colliers – among others – which also contributed to a 50% growth in square-footage managed through the Building Engines software-as-a- service (SaaS) offering.
