BEI Adds Profile Photos

BEI harnesses the power of modern social technology to enhance personal relationships in property management

Building Engines, a provider of comprehensive web and mobile property management software for the commercial real estate industry, is rolling out a new tool to help CRE professionals better prepare for tenant meetings and enhance relationships: Profile Photos. Starting February 14, property managers, employees and tenants will be able to upload personal photos to their Building Engines profiles.

Users of Building Engines Property Management Software who take advantage of this fun, modern and social feature, benefit from the following:

Tenants can see (literally!) who has been assigned to their service request, and as a result, know who they can expect to talk and have work on their request – a great security practice!  Maintenance workers will know who requested service and who to look for when entering a space – resulting in better and more personal service.   Property managers will be able to access tenant and employee information (including photos!) from their Mobile Contact Manager (coming later this month!) – enhancing their ability to build relationships and better prepare for on- the-go meetings with tenants. It also provides a personalization opportunity for automatic email communications with tenants.
