New Features to Streamline Equipment Management

Building Engines, provider of a comprehensive web-based operations management solution for owners and managers of all property types, announced the release of new tools to manage equipment and its associated tasks more efficiently. A number of useful new features represent important improvements to the Standard Equipment Library. These changes streamline equipment management and facilitate changes across a portfolio.

Changes to the Standard Equipment Template Library include the added support of multiple libraries per customer, a valuable feature for customers with distinct regional requirements or portfolios with a variety of property types. Templates are easier to manage than ever with automatic synchronization of Template changes, functionality to delete Templates, and support for disassociating Equipment from Templates.

The November Release also expanded platform support, allowing users to continue work across more browsers and platforms. Building Engines now supports:
