BEI to Release White Paper on Service Request Workflows

BEI encourages commercial real estate property owners and managers to evaluate their current processes Building Engines, a provider of comprehensive web and mobile property management software for the commercial real estate industry, will release next week a new white paper on Tenant Service Request Workflows, which will challenge property owners and managers to take a hard look at their service delivery program (or lack thereof). Service request workflow evaluation questions include: Are there are opportunities available to cut out steps? Can we be utilizing technology more effectively? Can you answer with real data: Are my tenants happy with the service we provided today? The White Paper reviews what holds most companies back from executing an effective tenant service request workflow; provides a checklist to determine if your company has a problem; shares what today’s leading providers are doing; the top five most common workflows; and will include a bonus download for a calculator tool that helps determine which workflow your organization should be using (based on a number of factors including staffing, property type and technology in place). Click here for a preview of the White Paper by Building Engines’ SVP Scott Sidman, where he discusses the rewards of embracing change. The complete whitepaper will be made available on the BuildingBeat Blog on Friday, February 28.
