What does this mean for customers?

Your continuing satisfaction is our top priority. We are excited about what this game-changing combination will offer customers. That said, nothing changes today. You will continue to receive the same distinctive product and service you have come to expect from both firms. Moving forward, we will look to integrate the best of AwareManager’s capabilities into future Building Engines product releases.

What's next?

AwareManager will operate as “AwareManager, a Building Engines company”, with all operations of AwareManager moving to Building Engines’ new headquarters in Boston this summer. AwareManager Co-founder/CEO, Jeff Thompson, is joining the Building Engines executive team led by CEO Tim Curran.

AwareManager projects, products and services will continue with no disruption to existing customer engagements. Clients can expect to receive the same distinctive quality and service. The combined firm will work to develop expanded, joint offerings for the market in the future.

“Together with Building Engines we combine the best of both worlds. Our specific expertise in highly configurable solutions for the complex built environment combined with Building Engines’ market presence, scope, and track record of innovation creates something completely unique.”

- Jeff Thompson AwareManager CEO and Cofounder
